This is a Republican Party issue period. Don't paint Dems as being complicit with this.

No shit. The Dems rode Al Franken out on a rail for making a distasteful gesture (something he had already made a career out of). Republicans, OTOH, think 91 felony charges, a failed coup attempt, sexual assaults, defamation and tax/bank fraud aren't disqualifying. In fact, Trump's support within the base has actually improved after all of this shit.

Boebert escorted out of Denver theater during ‘Beetlejuice’ performance: report

And she and another person would not leave till the cops were called. This is what is known as "shit for brains".

Alarm sounded over Sarah Huckabee Sanders' efforts to 'retroactively' change disclosure laws

In Whell’s World, of course, laws only apply to “libs”.

Republicans now want to investigate tax-exempt groups, just not their own

It’s only fair in Whell’s World.

How the ‘MAGA doom loop’ is already threatening Trump’s 2024 chances
https://www.washingtonpost.com/opini...gan-wisconsin/

Quote:
Call it the “MAGA doom loop.” It’s playing out in state after state.

Let’s start with Michigan, where Trump’s decisive loss in 2020 led MAGA loyalists to reshape the state Republican Party around devotion to the “big lie.” Then Democrats resoundingly captured full control of the state’s government in the 2022 midterms, in which election-deniers across the country lost races up and down the ticket.

Now, the Michigan GOP is in shambles. Just this month, the chairman again called for scrutiny of supposed 2020 fraud, prompting infighting over debunked conspiracy theories. And as the New York Times reports, the party’s descent into MAGA mania is alienating donors, draining volunteer enthusiasm and driving away swing voters. All of that will further dim Trump’s 2024 chances in this crucial battleground state.
As we already know, they grow them dumb as turnips in Michigan.

Turns out a pregnant woman sitting next to Boo Boo asked her to stop vaping and Boo Boo got all snotty so the lady talked to the usher during the intermission. Even so, Boebert got all nasty at this pregnant lady when she realized she was getting the boot.

The epitome of a self entitled low class Karen.

Moderate House Republican says his hard-right colleagues say crazier and crazier things to become famous and juice their fundraising numbers

Exactly. Yet our resident MAGAMoron faithfully spews their bile here, expecting us to take him seriously. As if.

AUSTIN — After a historic 10-day trial, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was acquitted Saturday by the state Senate on 16 charges of bribery, unfitness for office and abuse of office. He was immediately reinstated, ending a suspension that began in May with his impeachment by the state House.

The verdict could propel the conservative Republican’s political future at home and potentially on the national stage.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/natio...hment-verdict/

It seems deceit, corruption, bribery, and adultery are all indispensable virtues in a MAGA politician.
