Everybody knew going in that Mueller is a stickler for DOJ policy, and that there are two distinct internal DOJ memos, one written during Watergate to protect Nixon from a DOJ indictment and the other written after the Lewinski affair to protect Bill Clinton. Muller did not indict Trump for clearly indictable acts because its a violation of DOJ policy. You keep saying this shit over and over, and you are told over and over that you're a liar. Unbelievable. My last detailed post on the subject - post 73 in this thread - quoted directly from Mueller's report(via AP news) and also quoted Mueller. Both quotes were in context.
