The preceding line in that piece is enlightening: "The former president even told Blake Masters, Arizona’s Republican Senate nominee, to emulate her." So it wasn't comedy, it was some of his 'truthful hyperbole.'

In a campaign speech earlier this year, Herschel Walker, the Republican candidate for US Senate in Georgia, said: “I live in Texas.”

The US constitution says senators must be 30 years old, a citizen for nine years, and “shall … when elected, be an inhabitant of that state for which he shall be chosen”.

Sounds pretty clear cut to me. This clown isn't qualified to run in GA (or anywhere else, for that matter).
