...but the "Christian" GQP voters won't care, yet again...

The "Christian" GQP voters don't care because they're not voting for Herschel Walker, they're voting against a Democrat. Any Democrat, it doesn't matter which one.

It goes both ways. Many, including myself (a former Republican), will not even consider voting for a Republican until they renounce Trumpism and take positive actions to stop their party's slide toward fascism. IOW, I would consider voting for someone like Larry Hogan (which I did) or Romney, but I would never, ever vote for a single one that voted not to certify Biden's election or to impeach Trump or did anything to perpetuate the Big Lie. A candidate's willingness to undermine democracy simply to appease Trump or his base is a bridge too far.

You just described our Repub candidate for Gov. I'm a Dem that voted for Hogan too but if he were up for reelection I'd consider that he was against impeaching tRump.
The Repub slide (gallop?) toward fascism is real. The Repub claim of the Democratic party's charge into soci@lism is made up nonsense used to scare the Repub base.

Hopefully after the election he'll just go away.

In a Georgia rally, Pres. Obama says Republican politicians seem obsessed with two things: "owning the libs" and "getting Donald Trump's approval. They're not, currently at least, interested in actually solving problems. They're interested in making you angry and then finding someone to blame."
Nailed it.
