I am concerned. This tyrant is extremely intelligent and at the same time a big big Zero, this is a dangerous combination. However, we are so close to this war. We are worried.

Good news is that Germany finally will say Yes to the SWIFT sanction and will finally send military arms (and not just helmets - how embarrassing was that ) to the Ukraine.

It appears that Germany may have finally shaken some of its pacifism and mercantile views in favor of helping Ukraine. Gott sei Dank.

What chance does the Ukraine army have against the Russian army?

As good as the Finish army that defeated the first Soviet offensive. From what I've read (not much), the Czechs would have turned back the first assault. Positions were well placed, they were more than adequately armed, held the interior line and were defending home.

There are many examples of good counter-attacks derailing Russian offensives in bloody fashion. Nonetheless, the Russians always come back and finally cannot be stopped. Only counter-example is when the Bolshevik revolution pulled the plug on Russian participation in WWI.

From that we learn the way to actually defeat the Russians.

OK, remembered another counter-example, the Polish-Soviet war of 1920. Had not read details of that until just now. That was quite a war.

Breaking the Russian cyphers helped the Poles tremendously in that one. Early example of decisive information warfare.
