He's telling the truth right now. Putin is going for it. Conventional war is not a thing of the past; this is going to be quite a skirmish. It won't escalate into a world war.

Vlad incurred the wrath of very powerful factions in the west when he sent to prison its darling - M. Khordokovsky and when finding himself between a rock and a hard place went for Trump.
