I saw something on Facebook from some "influencer" saying anyone getting the vaccine need unfriend him and stay away from he and his family. He alluded to because the vaccines were developed based on RNA it probably would lead to "changes" in persons getting the jab. This according to something he read/saw somewhere. Zombie apocalypse anyone? Personally I'll go with the recommendations based on science from scientists and doctors. This A.M. I filled out the form for vaccination registration so they'll get back to me to schedule an appointment for the shot.

GQP as expected is saying no to Vaccine Passports. I legally cannot insist that all of our employees get vaccinated, the law is clear on this. What is not clear is whether we can incentivize them to get vaccinated. Some larger corporations are doing this, but the law is rather murky and I am looking into this. Not very hopeful as long as we have the Repugnants opposing vaccinations. Last I heard, about 50% of the GQP House members refuse to get vaccinated as they pay homage to the Warped Ex-president.

Currently anyone motivated to get vaccinated in CA is able to get an appointment , but once this phase is over, how do we get the rest of the people to cooperate?

That's what the Reich Wingers call living in fear. I call it maintaining a healthy respect for the virus. I'll feel safer once I get the jab but I'm not stupid enough to act like everything's back to normal just yet.

I don't see a problem with vaccine passports. I had to provide a vaccination record for my children when they went to school and to camp. People need record of shots/vaccinations when they travel. Seems the republicans will politicized anything and everything if they think it will benefit them.

The GOP feels it necessary to stand up for the anti-vaccine crazies that comprise 50% of their base. They couldn’t care less about public health.

Any issue they can try to drag down Biden with they'll be all over it.

About the vaccine, I don't get it. #DiaperDon's trying to claim credit for it. He's trying to take credit for the roll out of it. He took it. He's told the cult that it's OK (sorta) to get it. Republican politicians get/got it, but the Repub base doesn't want to get on board with it.
