Yes he is. I don't see IC as as at all stupid or insane or duped, as Chicks may--unless you consider amoral as insane. But I see him as doing his bit to support a regime that looks very much like it will try to cling to power through political violence, and who seems to be participating in propaganda to enable that. I disagree. He's so obviously disseminating right wing propaganda that anyone who's not already a Trump supporter will recognize it for what it is. That's not to say he's not dangerous as shit stirrers often are.

It does matter if you recognize it. The purpose of the propaganda isn't to convert you. It's to demoralize you.

And more sympathetic persons may be radicalized.

The poor guy was once a moderate conservative, who couldn't get the time of day from Faux "News". So, he morphed into something like our Insane clown, and now makes $millions. Simple formula, followed by many in Reich-wing media, who just want fame and fortune. Sad, but taking advantage of poor, ignorant, uninformed fools is a great way to get rich in America.
