L. Tammy Duckworth was born in Bangkok, Thailand, the daughter of Franklin Duckworth and Lamai Sompornpairin. Under long standing US law, she is a natural-born citizen because her father is American.[5][6] Her father, who died in 2005,[7] was a veteran of the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps[8][9] who traced his family's American roots to the American Revolutionary War.[10]

Sounds like she has a far better legacy than the scum Trump family. Only a Trumpkin fool would claim she’s not qualified for the presidency.

Keep in mind that the guy who vouched for Ford said he's fond of arguing positions he doesn't believe in himself. Cheesy kind of way to get your kicks if you ask me.

Yeah, a very sociopathic thing to do, in fact.

Except the source it cites leaves the door open to lawsuit:

Under the common law principle of jus soli (law of the soil), persons born on English soil, even of two alien parents, were “natural born” subjects and, as noted by the Supreme Court, this “same rule” was applicable in the American colonies and “in the United States afterwards, and continued to prevail under the Constitution ...” with respect to citizens.
She was not "born on US soil" but Thai soil; ergo, not natural-born. The clause can be interpreted either way and until SCOTUS gives an opinion on it or it is amended, it is a matter of debate.

You've already been provided with the word on this issue. Is there some sort of diminishment of cognition going on with you? Some organicity you are suffering from?

Or maybe you just have something in your eye.

If there were equal application of all of the statutes of the Constitution Donny would be in jail.

The law says she is a citizen at birth, with no official action necessary to confirm her citizenship status. I think that would be 'natural born,' made a citizen by birth, not by some later petition. Sayeth the Supreme Court contrawise?
