She has birthright citizenship, not natural-born citizenship. Birthright citizenship simply means you're the daughter or son of an American citizen and filed the appropriate paperwork with the US government. Natural-born, on the other hand, could mean a lot of things but it's a question SCOTUS has yet to answer. It could mean royalty or it could mean born on sovereign US soil. I tend to think the former is most probable given the context in which Constitution was written. UK could have easily endeavored to send a prince or princess here to win the Presidency effectively giving the country back to the Crown.
12th amendment, last sentence:

I was glad Cruz lost the primary because he would have been challenged by Democrats on his eligibility to hold the office.
Tammy Duckworth is not going to be Biden's VP. Transition is going to be hard enough without triggering VP eligibility lawsuits and potentially having a VP vacancy.

Feh. Typical brain damaged trumper/GOP bilgewater. All of it. None of this shit is even worthy of debate. Semantical games when there's nothing there worthy of discussion.

There's not much grounds to debate facts, I agree.

Naw, several of them came over from some adolescent gaming forum or other, apparently the mod there got tired of their nonsense. Insane is completely bonkers, Ford Pinto is just a reich-wing blowhard, of the Limblow persuasion.

It doesn't matter which witnesses agree or don't agree on questions of law, that is, whether a given constellation of facts constitute a crime. Witnesses do not decide questions of law.

What facts? What you out up here are opinions. Which includes opinions on the interpretation of the 14th Amendment and the rest of the Constitution for that matter.
Facts, my ass.

Of course. But this guy is trying to make a case for Vindman being the only witness who actually had anything on Trump and that what he had was all hearsay. I'm saying that is flat out wrong.

For the most part I don't care what this sophistry-rich liar has to say. I just make a point here and there.

Indeed and nothing that was presented consisted of an Article II, Section 4 violation:

So true. This is a totally ridiculous thread. There is not a shred of evidence that Tammy Duckworth is not an American citizen. This is just more "birther" nonsense by a right-wing blatherer.
