Yep. And since he died we will find all that out in court.

And it is important to know what you are getting into when attempting to subdue a person, unless you just pray that they had a "come to Jesus" moment since their last altercation.

If you believe that, you've never served in the military (wouldn't surprise me), been to a VA hospital, or been a member of a nonprofit HMO like Kaiser.

Then there's the old country doctors.

Payment could have been a meal.

My great-grandmother died, because she didn't want to spend $2K on a medical express train to an operating room.

The family had $2K in 1920, but that was all they had. She saved the money for her children.

That's incredibly tragic decision she had to make. We really need a version of National Health where you don't have to crawl out on to the ice because you got ill. Damn...

She had a rupture appendix, and a choice.

Now I'm going perish the same way. My neck injury was not work related. I'm going to get fired, at age 56, with a bad neck.

Good luck to me, with 50 million other people looking for work. I won't qualify for disability, because the problem could be corrected, if I had the resources.

Catch 22.

I'll have to research Josie Wells. Thought that was fiction.

Y'all may be seeing me on national news before I'm dead.

That bites. Destroyed my back at L4 and L5 working in the trades. The surgeon wants to install some stainless hardware in there. If I were you I'd find an attorney to get the disability you are due. Your state government will probably be no help, sorry to say.

Leaving me to guess on your status on insurance?

Hi deductible?

I get it done somehow.
You are to young to try and soldier on in pain.

In this country it should not be like winning the lottery on having good insurance. Those that have it V those who don't.....

It's not over yet.

I have enough money in the 401 to survive for a year.

Still have insurance as of now. Highest deductible and it's almost paid.

The chiropractor messed me up. I love the guy, and I have no proof he did it. I went along with what he was doing. Damn neck traction machine jacked me up. Can't sue him because the MRI came after the fact. And because I consented.

My wife is now getting a new hip because of the misguided belief in a chiropractor. Waited and waited years to see a PHD!

Really got bad after we quit going to the gym everyday due to C-19 closing it.

At least talk to the doctors office.
They may be able to find a way to help you out.

I'll keep you posted on my condition, I appreciate your concern.

I'm a lone wolf in the real world. My sister is in Indianapolis and I live near Kansas City.

My next appointment is July 2 with a neurosurgeon. I may be going back to work on total restriction, Thursday, or may be going on short term disability, or may be getting fired.
