Fallacious interpretation ? Hell, it makes no sense at all. It's not even a sentence in the English language; a 'word salad' of gibberish (IMHO).
Here it is:
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed".
It can be twisted around to mean anything.
