Something along these lines is exactly what Social Security needs, except I would dump the increase in rates and let the top income level taxed adjust automatically to cover current benefits.

The aren't backing Democrats for any reason except to move the party rightward. These guys are the greatest influence-buyers of all time.

ANY Democrat shown to have taken Koch money should be tarred and feathered.
