Judge Ellis should recuse himself from this case and retire. He is an embarrassment to the judiciary and seems to be heading towards a mistrial.

Do not want to see a mistrial. That would drag things out way too long.

Better than the jury returning a not guilty verdict.
We do not know how much harm Ellis has caused against the prosecution’s case with the jurors.

Manafort may skate over this one, or Trump will pardon him.
I do not see Trump letting Mueller get a victory out of this, not after the way he dealt with Comey, McCabe and now Strzok.
