I actually believe he believes what he says. Hell, 1/3 of Americans are still all in with their Dear Leader and will believe any drivel that Fox, talk radio, and far-right websites tell them to believe. Dude doesn't have an original thought. What else would you expect from an HR guy, whose job description is "how can I not be of service while avoiding all meaningful work?"
