Interesting. Watched Franken on Charlie Rose last night. Hawking his book, but refreshingly open and honest, so very different than the current administration. He didn't mention this request, but did say he had a good relationship with Sessions when he was a senator; Sessions' wife even knitted a blankie for Al's grankid.
