That's cuz you weren't paying attention, just like ice who keeps saying that you voted for Trump (Sometimes he says you voted for Pence.) Both of you hold onto these false assumptions because they support the opinions you've formed about the people in question.

As Phil Clapp, one of my grade school buddies used to say whenever he fucked up, "Every man's entitled to one mistake".

Why can't you accept the fact that Hillary was a rotten candidate to begin with?
I'll buy that Hillary was extremely charisma-challenged. I do not believe that she was the flawed person that she has been made out to be. I think she would have made a considerably more effective president than she was a candidate, but you can't have the former with out the latter. I am still flabbergasted that so many Americans overlooked the extreme flaws in Trump the person because of the talent he has as a personality.

A lot of Americans don't think critically. Plus social media has made cretins of us all.

I am not optimistic. I was listening to Ted Cruz's speech when he was railing against Trump after he insulted Heidi Cruz. Cruz made the point that Trump does not know when he is lying, and that he could never fail a lie detector test just for that fact.

http://www.cnn.com/2016/05/03/politi...-cruz-indiana/

Now I can't stand Ted Cruz, since like Joe McCarthy did he plays the Big Lie. However this makes him qualified on Trump because it takes one to know one. I think Cruz's evaluation of Trump is right on and his presidency will prove this.

I use strong terminology when responding to Bob who sees no fault in Hillary, but I use gentler language such as unqualified and flawed with others.

As to Trump vs. Hillary, it should have never come to this. So is Hillary responsible for getting Trump elected or is Bernie responsible for Hillary's loss?

It was Hillary fatigue and voting for Trump was convenient. Hillary had a 92% chance till the day before. Then the unthinkable happened. It's called fate.

Hillz was damaged goods, her opponent is a rubbish heap. Going with an unethical narcissistic bullshit artist wasn't an option for me.
