(shrug) Don't really give a hoot one way or the other.

He's definitely ill equipped to be Minority leader given his irascible nature towards his natural allies and as you observed he's most likely retiring when his term is up.

Bernie alienates his natural allies?

What "natural allies" are you talking about?

“For every blue-collar Democrat we lose in western Pennsylvania, we will pick up two moderate Republicans in the suburbs in Philadelphia, and you can repeat that in Ohio and Illinois and Wisconsin.”

Chuck Schumer.

I don't think Bernie could produce much of what he offered to middle America. The demagogue in waiting just flat out lied to them to sell himself. Check his appointments lately?

You don't know what the fuck you're talking about. If you had any idea of Bernie's record of collegiality and cooperation in the House and the Senate you wouldn't say that. Of course a recognition of the facts would interfere with the constant stream of cheap shots you gratuitously aim at Bernie.

It isn't Bernie's fault that your girlfriend lost. She owns that.

Sorry to break it to you but not everyone is as enamored as you with Sen. Sanders. Tough shit, get over it...or not. Makes no difference to me. (shrug)

Leftist yes, progressive yes, but a teabagger???
I am opposed to any tax cuts for the next decade or so, am for universal healthcare, break up the banks, repeal Citizens United, do away with investment income subsidy, no ceiling of FICA, etc., etc., .........
I wish that the corrupt organization that unanimously nominated H--> needs to be broken up and/or gone. And age limits for the Congress.

And you think a President Trump can on what he promised? Not a chance, yet he got elected.

Except to blame Hillary's loss on Bernie, or was it their supporters?

The Tea Party just elected a president. Seems to me we need something along the lines of a Tea Party of the Left to get us back to the principles the Democratic Party says it stands for.
