Issa: 'Liberals trying to steal the election'

Ballots are still being counted in the 49th district here in SoCal and Darryl Issa is losing his mind. He's ahead by a razor thin margin of 1.9% (4,000 votes) over Doug Applegate with ~100,000 provisional and absentee votes still outstanding. He sent out this fundraising letter claiming that liberals are trying to steal his victory with illegal voters.
