We have all been talking about how Trump has lost due to his recent sexual predatory nature. Something I haven't seen mentioned recently, what happens on Nov 9. As soon as the election is over, Trump is due to face trial on charges against RICO.

I suspect that when Trump loses, he is not going to go down quietly, in fact, he has promised to scorch the political landscape and his detractors, especially in the GOP establishment.

Judge Curiel is presiding over two separate class-action lawsuits. In both cases, the court has certified the suit as a class action and has denied motions to dismiss. The first, Low v. Trump University, sues the institution — Trump University — as well as Trump personally — on many different theories of recovery, including misrepresentation, breach of contract, and taking advantage of seniors. The second, Cohen v. Trump, is a far more surgical in its approach — it sues Trump individually for fraud and racketeering under the federal RICO statute, and relies no other theory of recovery.

He could possibly pay his way out of the first civil lawsuit but the RICO, that could be his downfall. He has now just too many enemies and detested by most in the legal community. Hopefully this will help stop the Trumpism movement from taking hold.
