He's up over 20% again but the Now-cast has him at 13.2%.

RCP is at Clinton +4.5% with two new polls: Quinnipiac Clinton +6 and the LA Times/USC Tracking again giving Trump the edge. This time, however, it's only +2 instead of the +4 or +5 they've been giving him lately.
What's up with them anyway?

That LA Times daily tracking poll has me scratching my head too. They've been an outlier ever since they started it. At one point they had Trump getting 20% of the African American vote. Of course, USC is well known for their conservative lean.
