I got scammed into buying a piece of shit speargun by a high pressure pressure sales clerk when I was about 11 years old. Blew my life savings of $9 bucks and change on it, even though I didn't like the looks of it. Sure enough, the frickin rubber thingy broke the first time I took it out.

But it was worth for the lesson I learned.
