Someone disagrees with you about something. So that means you have to go into one of two holes? No it does not.

Someone disagrees with you about something. So that means your privlege to have feeling is being denied? No it does not.

Someone disagrees with you about something. Does that mean they are right, and you are not so smart? No it does not.

It seems to me that you take disagreement pretty hard. But I could be wrong.

seriously, barb has been adversarial and frankly petty and spiteful to me even since I refused to take a generic answer from her and pressed her. It was not in an antagonistic way that I pressed her, it was in the same manner in which I would in the work place or with my kids. She was unable to explain what she claimed. My exposing her was an accident not by design. She has never gotten over it however.

I believe that white privilege, including white female privilege, is so ingrained in our society that many don't realize how they continue to perpetuate it. I include myself in this as I'm just as human as the next guy.

these days will never be gone but it's not about color, it's about family and who you now, the luck of birth and what was so easy for me that wasn't for my female counter part?
