to some possibly. (snide, why?)

That's absurd on its face. There are many areas of employment which are totally without merit or social value.

My statement may be absurd to you. It is how I was raised. To respect work, not to judge it.
Calling my values absurd is insulting and arrogant IMO.

Are you deliberately not understanding me?

Nope. You work in micro, I in macro. I often miss what you are speaking to even when stated, you often miss what I am speaking to even when stated.

I never said that Melania was a superficial person. I would have no way of knowing that. What I said was the photo was both trivial and superficial as are all of her professional efforts when compared to Mrs. Kerry's.

Like I said, I do not find one persons toil superior to another.
I don't find that photo indicative of anything other than beauty and indicative of healthy labor.
I reject the notion that superficiality is dictated by profession or work demands.

I also respect the revulsion you feel toward Trump and anything associated with him, I have the same aversion to the lovely Sarah.
Mrs Kerry may be more admirable in ones eyes because she has worked to benefit the many but that does not mean one who works strictly for personal gain is superficial. Even in comparison. That would be a logical fallacy.
