I wonder where Dondi was when Scalia and Thomas dined (by command) at the Koch Bros.

I wonder how many 83 year olds have either the patience or inclination NOT to speak their mind, no matter how much their seat gets sullied.
As far as what she said, part of it was repeating what her deceased husband had previously stated, and calling Trump a "fake" is something that 15 year olds understand. Certainly, we adults should have similar concerns.

No comparison.
Bader was into ad hominem against the "head" of one of our two main political parties. She entered gutter politics.
I cannot see how you guys do not see the magnitude of this f@#K up.
I believe the lady has just grasped its implication and thus her "circumspect" statement.

Her only fuck up was that she criticized a republican. If she'd criticized Clinton I guarantee Don ya'll would be "hell yea!" I get how you people are.....two faced.

From the OP's link...
"Justice Ginsburg said she regretted her remarks and they were "ill-advised"."
I wonder how many other decisions she has made lately, or will make in the future, are or will be "ill advised"?

Since you are presuming...I am presuming that you in such a situation would condemn her.

Where in the Constitution does it say Supreme Court Justices can't criticize political figures? It's a violation of norms, but it's no crime. You are free to criticize. I am free to agree with the criticism to a point, but then to excuse.

Are you serious? Does the real Republican party know or accept that trump is the 'head' of their party? The only response I have is 'get real' and try not repeating this is mature adult company. Might as well write in Al Bundy for President.

Scalia's hunting and rich man vacations, provided free of charge by wealthy Americans, were also ill-advised. Didn't stop him one iota from attending, or defending his behavior to the hilt, on vacations that cost others tens of thousands of dollars.
Come to think of it, wasn't Scalia on one of these rich man junkets when he died? Short memories indeed!
I wonder if Ruth got invited to any of these?

I am serious!
The main point is the lady openly engaged in ad hominem against a major political figure. Whether he is the real head or a figure head or a pig head is not germane.
She entered gutter politics.
And please note head was "head". So so post is a non starter.
