He cut his trip to Spain short for this, not for the other two deaths. It's too easy to conclude that he cares more about the death of 5 cops than he does about the folks that the cops have killed.

Or.... One could conclude that there were logistical reasons why he did one and not the other.

Or one could conclude that he didn't care any more about one than he did about the other, and only showed up at a memorial service to preach his crap to a bunch of cops over the bodies of their dead brothers, like a real classless race baiting dirtbag might do.
