In checking the history of the relatively modern term "dog whistle" I bumped into the Clintons' 2008 campaign then into this Huffington piece by one James Rucker.

CAN BLACK PEOPLE TRUST HILLARY CLINTON AFTER THE 2008 CAMPAIGN?

It is a Whataboutism but no yawn and was arrived at by my genuine interest in the history of
political terms.

the Whataboutism is useful here in pointing out how awful both candidates are.

BTW re political terms, you are a font.

Don't get your use of 'font' there. Tried to find 'political' meaning of font but had no luck as regards font. But as always, when you search, you find interesting things: http://www.ccsenet.org/journal/index...ew/45932/24877

Just finished watching Trump's speech on CNN.

He really ripped Hillary a new one and I gotta tell ya folks, I enjoyed every minute of it.

Assholes efficiently push out crap, yet it's very difficult to push any back in. Sounds like just what we need.
