I try to listen to the candidates. Listened to some of Hillary today in Raleigh.

Problem is that we are already broke. Of course, the crowd is the same old crowd that thinks there is this "the rich" and if we can just get their fair share.

I shouldn't read anything into the fact that noonereal isn't posting much lately. There could be many reasons for that.

Maybe he's just taking a break.

God knows I need one and will be taking one soon.

Gonna leave on vacation at the end of the month.

Going to Tennessee, then Maine, then Canada.

Doubt I'll be posting much for most of July.

I'll be sure to start a "You won't have Tom Joad to kick around anymore" thread before I leave.

TJ, having re-read the thread in the last two pages, no one is picking on you as I can see. But you must consider that the ones that are sold on Hillary for no reason have nothing to reason with you with. All they have are blanks. So they can only reject your reasoning. It's called action and reaction.

As for me, I am like Barbara in reverse. I do not like either of them.
BTW, I too am away for 3+ weeks beginning this Monday but do plan to read regularly and post irregularly.

Pointing out the perceived flaws of Hilary does not excuse Trump's lies and inaccuracies.

It's quite possible that both candidates have stretched the truth from time to time. 😉

However, I find Trump's lies to be far more damaging to our country.
