There are 1.5 billion Muslims. What percentage of them would you like to radicalize because one guy shouted 'Allahu Akbar?' Because Obama is the President, what he says has great official and psychological weight. Just let him say something that parses to 'Islam is our enemy,' and the cost would be Orlando times x.
It is a stupid trope for bigots to say "Either Obama says 'Islamic radicals' or he's against us."
