Alternatively, the voters just think Clinton will do a better job and they voted accordingly.

You're mistaken, Rajoo. Trust me, I've been working the polls for several elections and completed training again this month.

Independents (NPPs) are allowed to vote a Democratic ballot here in California.

In fact, Indies are allowed to vote either a Dem, Libertarian or American Independent Party ballot.

You have to register as a Green, Republican or Peace and Freedom to vote in their primary.
