'Eyeing Senate, Clinton directing money to 2016 battlegrounds'

WASHINGTON (AP) — "Hillary Clinton, seeking a governing coalition if she wins the White House, is pumping millions of dollars into key battleground states at the heart of her presidential map and Democrats' quest to regain control of the Senate.

The Democratic National Committee and state parties are spending about $2 million initially to build coordinated campaigns in eight battleground states with competitive Senate races. The money is being raised by Clinton's campaign through her Hillary Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee that allows Clinton to raise large checks of more than $350,000 from wealthy donors."

LOL...'twas a drunk post what needed deleting.....once posted it made no sense whatsoever, even in my drink state.

Regarding your link, Sanders can make nice with Hillary all he wants. My support was for Sanders, not the democrats.

My support for Bernie is also as a GDI. Bernie is a DINO. Trump is a RINO and he represents just more of the same old thing. His outrageous charisma is what sets him apart. We'd've never heard of Hillary if she wasn't Bill's wife.

I would have enjoyed you're altered state post.

Updated general election polls.

The RCP average now shows Clinton and Trump in a dead heat.

And Sanders up over Trump by 11 points.

Interesting but it makes sense.

As I have said I am OK with all 3 candidates but would likely vote for Bernie first of the 3.

True but the use of the term DINO is inapt. A DINO is a Democrat who doesn't subscribe to the values and principles of the party. It can be argued that Bernie embodies the ideals of the Democratic Party better than most other Democratic politicians.
