Except we will be using truth to destroy him, not his weapons of hate and fear.

Prediction: Trump will refuse to debate Hillary because he won't be able to control the opposition. Although if I am Hillary I might refuse to share the debate stage with a xenophobic bigot...that might do enough to crush Trump in the general. Trump should be fought with the metaphor of fire with fire: use delegitimisation against Trump to tear him apart.
That would be poetic justice if it were to happen and I hope Hillary pulls this off. He is going to insult her anyway and not get into a meaningful debate. He Wii lose it in the media and would be fun to watch

The danger with insulting anyone is that you almost immediately alienate a whole segment of voters. For example, if Trump goes after Hillary because of what Bill did with Monica it will backfire because women will be saying he is blaming the victim (Hillary in that case). I think Trump has been married a few times...but a smart politician is not going to raise that issue against him since millions of people in the USA have been divorced and have remarried. It would be dumb to turn off potential voters by casting negative stones at a candidate that might bounce off and hit potential voters. As we have seen Trump is not smart enough to discern that.

WTF is wrong with you? "Rolling over" & paranoia #5 is just a little bit different.
I voted for Trump & will write him in if the RNC pulls any crap.

If you read a previous post of mine, I disagreed with #5, but agreed that violence in Cleveland would be entirely possible, particularly after Trump's veiled threat of a riot.

I read it & I read your response to my post.
Again, Trump voters will write him in if the Leftys in the RNC pull some B.S. & try to run Kelly Ayotte or some other establishment crook.
Rioting...pure paranoia.

I guess it all depends on whether you'd prefer the GOP to win the election or to destroy itself. They could win with a Ryan/Kasich ticket, for example, but have no chance with Trump (and it would destroy the party). You pick.

I'll admit that we may agree that watching the party destroy itself may prove to be great fun, but not really good for the country.

The party needs to be gutted like a pig.
The RNC is over as we know it. The younger idiots who's income relies on the party better separate themselves from the good ol' boys ASAP. The takeover is basically complete.

It surprises me that ardent supporters of Bill Clinton declare with such passion that Trump is unfit for office.
