I believe it is Trump's plan to leave Cruz as the last man standing.
Cruz is crazier than Trump and Trump knows he can beat him. The others could have been more of a challenge to Trump.

I am not sure if this was a plan, just the way it played out. Common factor is anti-establishment fervor which kicked out Jeb!, Christie, Graham. Not sure what happened to Walker, looked like he took a poison pill. Others were fringe candidates. So we are left with Trump (anti-establishment), Rubio (TEA Party), Cruz (Religious conservative) & Kasich (what's he doing here?). Rubio bombed when the establishment adopted him so now Trump will get his supporters to go mano a mano with Trump. Cruz will never get past his 20% support, others don't like him nor trust him. So that leaves us with Trump.

viva la Drumpf.

Rubio did the dirty work; he went into the mud but came out toxic.

So who wrote the constitution?
Here is to hoping that Trump wins SC decisively.
More to the point who wrote the Bible? It was not fax'd down.

AFAIK under Emperor Constantine did have a committee select from among what had been written at the time.

At least one good thing came out of yesterday's New York Primary.

Cruz is toast.

'I'm getting sick of it': Sean Hannity blows up at Ted Cruz

Quote:
"Senator, why do you do this every single time?" Hannity asked, cutting Cruz off as he was speaking. "You've got to stop. Every time I have you on the air, and I ask a legitimate question, you try to throw this in my face. I'm getting sick of it. I've had you on more than any other candidate on radio and TV. So if I ask you, senator, a legitimate question to explain to the audience, why don't you just answer it?"
Just when the GOP primaries got boring with Trump on good behavior.

John Boehner Describes Ted Cruz as ‘Lucifer in the Flesh’

Boehner should know after the government shutdown Cruz engineered, not to mention the defacto leadership of some house members Cruz assumed. Payback time not that it matters since Cruz is a goner anyway.

Quote:
Former House Speaker John A. Boehner described Senator Ted Cruz as “Lucifer in the flesh” during a forum at Stanford University on Wednesday and said that he would not vote for the Texas Republican if he is the party’s presidential nominee.
