I'll defer to the FBI on that. Superficially though, I think it's that she did all of her email business (classified or otherwise) on a private server, whereas Rice and Powell did some work-related correspondence on their home email accounts (as do nearly all Federal employees, FWIW).

In my last 20 years of Federal service, I had a TS clearance and my work computer was blocked from accessing all other email or webmail servers (e.g., Verizon, Gmail, etc.) other than my (secure) work server. OTOH, at home I still did private email on my Verizon and webmail accounts. I guess I could have chosen to divulge state secrets on my home email, but if I did I'd probably be talking to you from prison now.

It's not signed so I probably won't get it, thanks for the suggestion.

Apparently not much with you. But others might find it interesting that a former Dem Senator and erstwhile Presidential candidate is publicly stating that he won't vote the his Party's presumptive nominee.

Dude sure is an iconoclast among Democrats with his hawkish Scots-Irish Civil War shtick. I kinda like him as I am sometimes drawn to intelligent eccentrics. He's intelligent, interesting , and irrelevant all at the same time. I can see not supporting Hillary. I cannot, however, see supporting Trump. That's a bridge too far.

If you have actually read the article, all four points were beyond Obama's control except perhaps #3. Even so, DWS is now wearing a proverbial target on her back and is hatefully known as the Loan Shark Queen. Her second in command resigned last week and DWS should be history soon or facing lawsuits from the Berniacs.

I read it twice & it's nothing but B.S.
The only part that matters is #3 - "Democrats don't care."
The problem with the Democrat party is clearly illustrated by the delusional slant of the article.
As for D.W.S., She is going nowhere. In fact, I think she has showed the public who's boss & that voters like you can't & won't do a damn thing about her. She's what Libs call a strong leader.
