As long as he continues to be predictable and you can bear the brunt of his attacks.

Same old song and dance as far as I am concerned. Most who follow this MO fade away after it becomes clear that they are not getting the reaction they wanted.

More mindlessly repetitive than a room full of parrots, his kind. It does get tiresome watching automatons regurgitate what their handlers have programmed into them.

Yup, he couldn't get the reaction he wanted and slunk away.

I consider the entire event well played, all the way around.

Here's yet another example of political correctness run amok on college campuses:

On Saturday, two members of Bowdoin College’s student government will face impeachment proceedings. What heinous transgression did they commit? Theft, plagiarism, sexual assault?

Nope. They attended a party where some guests wore tiny sombreros.

I'd wear a tiny sombrero to the hearing. And I'd 'impeach' them, rhetorically, for being small-minded tyrants.

This is the real tragedy of this sort of thing: no one on campus is able to debate questions around this freely, for fear of being labeled a bigot. As the article observes, "...colleges remain unsafe spaces for free and open dialogue."

If you give speech police too much power, there will be abuses and miscarriages. Policing is an inherently dangerous activity, and needs to be at least as limited and closely regulated as campus party themes.
