They tried to parse that one after those two women in Seattle crashed Bernie's party. "They don't officially represent us but we can relate to the issue." It didn't work so maybe this time they decided to STFU.

Absolutely it would, or could. It's all about depressing Democratic turnout, both in the primaries and in the general. That's really what all negative campaigning is aimed at.

The calculus is that Hillary's lead over Bernie is so substantial that this won''t keep her from winning the nomination but it will depress turnout for her, thus depriving her of any sort of "mandate" from the faithful. Then, that same depressed turnout, reinforced by pissed off Sanders voters, will give the Republicans the election.

BLM is no different than any other fragmented group IMO. No one person or chapter really represents the whole IMO. In all honesty, BLM has shown little loyalty to anyone & attacks everyone.
They just want to make America great again...IMHO.
