Without sitting through another Utube vid, I'm assuming you are talking about all the union endorsements Hillary has received.

Here's the thing, union rank and file 'democratically' elect their reps to, well, represent them. If they don't like their 'democratically elected' rep's decisions, they can replace them in the next election. It's a system known as 'representational democracy'.

Sheesh.

It varies. Sometimes it's the executive board that votes on behalf of the membership. Sometimes it's the membership that votes directly.

The point of the video is that Hillary's endorsements all came as the result of executive decisions and all Bernie's came from direct vote. It's an interesting distinction.
