Sanders is the right choice for America.
Deep down inside, in places you don't talk about at parties, you know I'm right.
Voting for Hillary is like taking a half measure.

If he could win.
You want Hillary on that wall, straddling both Main Street and Wall Street,
protecting Obamacare and pursuing moderate policies to get things done in Washington with the bagger controlled Congress that your neighbors in Alabama love to vote into office.
Sorry but I have not been to a party with liberal college professors since about 1985. I did just finish reading Don Quixote however.

I think Bernie is safe...they really hate Obama and Hillary way more.

Voting for Hillary is like getting a flu-shot.
You never know if it's going to work but guaranteed to feel lousy rest of the day.

Didn't we already try that with President Nader?

Not unless Bernie runs as a 3rd party candidate.

I'll stay home in the primary as I'm a registered Independent. Besides, Maryland is deep blue and Hillary is a shoe-in to win the primary and general elections in the state, with or without my vote. As a result of this tilt, my interests on the ballot in the general election are more focused on House, Senate and ballot measures. I'll probably end up voting for Hillary, but holding my nose. I may, OTOH, just not vote for President so I feel no knee-jerk allegiance to Team Hillary and can remain intellectually aloof.

I would not feel comfortable voting for anyone currently campaigning were the election held tomorrow.
Cruz an excellent lawyer and a smart guy - I don't know where his current campaign mush is coming from - I can't listen to it.
Jeb is prob. the most qualified of the Rep. bunch to hold office in terms of managing government - but, meh.
Rubio is sharp on his talking points - he does his homework - he seems more the manager of a Hilton Garden Inn than President, though.
Hillary is just old news and no one believes her anymore.
Trump is a monkey wrench.
Sanders sounds like some of the nuttier posters here.
Blah.

True dat...If the snapshots I've seen on progressive sites like DK are any indication, Bernie supporters remind me the Naderites of yore.
No offense intended.

Blah, indeed. I wanted to like Kasich, but he too rubs me the wrong way. Maybe I'll write in Al Franken.
