I don't know about Vegas but my impression is that Native American run Casinos are not organized. There is overtime pay if you work over 40 hours a week but no holiday pay.

All the other big ones are straight time also. My wife says that if you call in sick on a big holiday you get a point. They do points like the DMV does points when you get a ticket.
If you are late you get a point,etc.
