Ayn Rand is one of two novel things many adolescents discover and then most abandon not long afterward, the other is L. Ron Hubbard.

I really don't know anything about those people or read anything they wrote.
Not interested... carry on.

Or they cling to it like gospel and end up as a Republican congressman from Wisconsin who looks and thinks like an immature 14 year old.

Maybe I missed it in the twenty odd pages of responses. Just how can a private citizen have a need, let alone the right to own a bulletproof vest? Body armor? Say whatever makes you justify an assault weapons need, but body armor? Come on just admit you are a kid wanting toys to play with. Lethal ones it seems all to often.
I also read that owning a silencer is also legal now in quite a few states. WTF?

Afaik, silencers/supressors are vetted and permitted the same as fully automatic firearms.

I guess this comment has nothing to do with the shooter?

And were are these reports comming from? I have seen no official reports where the police have come out stating anything as to what make of guns, body armor and so forth. I find it very strange in deed that they will not say anything. Then the internet and news sites are making a bunch of assumptions as if it's fact. At first I heard 4 guns, 1 rifle and 3 pistols and now I'm hearing 6 guns. The left is running around and talking about assault rifles and AR15s and going rabid without any facts.
In the photo of the shooter holding a rifle, it's not a AR15.
