This is how you teach kids to hop for destruction.

Physiatrists, or rehabilitation physicians, are nerve, muscle, and bone experts who treat injuries or illnesses that affect how you move

There's two things in America that aren't going away.
Cars, and guns.
They are ingrained in our culture.
I've been conflicted on this gun issue for a long time, but no more.
It's time for liberals to embrace the gun.
These gun free zones are nothing but an invitation for sick fucks like Dylan Roof and this shitter to go in and execute people like shooting fish in a barrel.
It's time to issue permits to carry to law abiding citizens so that they can defends themselves.
Know what?
I have two, count em, two Concealed Carry Permits. One from Florida and one from Alabama. In order to get them I have been background checked, fingerprinted and mugshot, and they know where I live. Yet if I go out to that stupid assed gun grabbing left coast libtard state of Oregon, those fuckers will not honor either one of my permits. That's fucking bullshit!
I tell you what, if these pyschos knew that if they walk into a school they are liable to encounter an undetermined number of armed citizens ready to shoot back they would thing long and hard about trying shit like this.

More guns = more gun violence.
There just isn't any way to dispute that when looking at legitimate and verifiable data.

True.
However the reality is we already have a shitload of guns in this country.
And they are not going away.
Any fucking psycho out there can get all the guns and ammo he wants.
In fact there are a helluva lot of psychos out there that are already armed to the teeth.
Given that, I ain't about to give up my guns.
Check out this poor schmuck. If he had had a gun he probably could have stopped that psycho.
Instead he takes 5 rounds and will probably end up millions in debt with medical bills.

Among those seriously injured was 30-year-old North Carolinian Chris Mintz, who relatives say confronted the shooter before being shot at least five times.
Mintz, an Army veteran, successfully completed his combat deployment with no serious injuries, according to Business Insider. Ultimately he would face the most danger in a small college town.
"He could have very easily died," his aunt, Wanda Mintz, told Q13 Fox. "I really think that if he wasn't such a strong, young guy, he may have died.”
Before going into surgery, Mintz told his aunt that he blocked a classroom door to keep the gunman at bay. Mercer shot him three times.

Sometimes you hit a balance and can never realistically tip the scales back. I think other countries that have had reasonable success with gun control never had the shear quantity of guns coupled with the gun culture of the US. I have no good answer, but good, effective regulation has got to be the starting point. Too bad nobody can seem to agree on good, effective regulation.

Tom, all I see in this is a willingness on your part to accept a greater and greater degree of gun violence in this country in exchange for the illusion of safety you derive from being at all times strapped. I think it's both selfish and deluded.

When one side of the debate begins from the position that the most effective regulation is none at all, there isn't a helluva lot of opportunity for a meaningful discussion.

I like the idea of issuing permits that are recognized nationwide and requiring those permits for anyone in possession of a firearm.
The permitting process in Florida is pretty intense. I would use that as a model for the country. Yet gunowners line up to get them. Because they want the legal legitimacy they provide.

Yep, Florida does have 1,384,756 million concealed weapon permit holders as of March 2015.
