Speaking for myself, I find it liberating not having to tow a party line or defend either party's inevitable moments of stupidity.

I consider myself a Democratic So************************t like Bernie Sanders.

But I hate the fucking Republicans.

There is a saying at Florida State where I went to college.

"My favorite team is Florida State and whoever is playing Florida."

Applying the same logic, my favorite Political Party are the So************************ts and whoever is running against the Republicans. That's why I have no problem rooting for the Democrats.
