She knew full well what she did was against security regulations, but did it anyway due to her paranoia about the "vast right wing conspiracy." IMO, her actions should disqualify her as a candidate, notwithstanding the fact that I was generally supportive of her before this story broke. Her bunker mentality drove her to take a chance that her actions would remain undiscovered. They didn't. She rolled the dice and lost. Period.
The only reason that she remains a viable candidate (for the moment, anyway) is that the Democratic Party has so much invested in her after having chosen her as their sole candidate years ago.

total bullshit
sorry but you have been watching Morning Joe too much.
if she is guilty of some crime then why has she not been indicted? You know more about law than the Justice Department?

So, you believe that she had no idea whatsoever that it was inappropriate or against regulations (or even illegal) to send, receive and store classified information over the private clintonemail server? If so, your ideology trumps your common sense. My annual security briefings made it abundantly clear to me. Perhaps your gal is slower on the uptake than I am.

Very well could be that the investigation in not completed yet. They are dealing with a well known public servant and a former First Lady. I am not claiming she is guilty but it remains to be seen if she broke any laws. At least unlike Benghazi this investigation is in the hand of professionals.

It was only against an Obama administrative rule there was no law she broke..
Get it through your thick skull.
Colin Powell had one. And remember as Secretary of State Clinton was the one who determined what was personal and private in regards to State department email...it was her call as head of the Department.
You sound ridiculous.

They have the server. They have the emails.
It is just a matter of reading them. There is nothing there.
Your fantasy that Hillary is going to drop out is just that...a fantasy.
I will repost this email the morning after the election just to rub it in once Hillary wins in a landslide against Trump or Carson.

What do you think was her motivation for having chosen to use only a private server for all State business, including classified business?
FWIW, deliberately disobeying security regulations is enough to get your security clearance lifted and losing your Federal job. Not having broken the law isn't necessarily the threshold for trusting someone's integrity enough to be President.

A fact: Clinton had the server at home.
A fact: She had emails on it she deleted (well they have been said to be recoverable).
SO where is the indictment? Hillary has not hidden anything.
If the law has been broken why have we not seen or heard about either an indictment or a lack of indictment?
I am sure if a retired Federal Worker like yourself can see criminal activity younger people working in the Justice Department should be able to...right?

Only you are saying it was classified business. Just because you believe something does not make it true.

Fact: She handled all of her official State email on a private server in contradiction to administration policy/regulations (and perhaps Federal law - TBD).
Fact: She mishandled classified information.
Fact: She deleted information while it was the subject of a FOIA lawsuit and a congressional inquiry.
If this doesn't concern you, fine. It concerns me, particularly if Biden doesn't step in. This election is the Democrat's to lose, and Hillary might be the vehicle for such an unfortunate result.

The FBI has already said that a number of the emails were (approximately 10% of those they had reviewed).
