I can relate to some of this.

I'm fed up and pissed off too.

The only difference is I'm coming at it from the left.

I'm fed up and angry with the way Obama and the Democrats have caved in to the Republicans.

By the standard that voters typically use to judge presidential candidates, Trump probably should not have survived his first day in the 2016 race.

Yet as the summer draws to a close and the initial votes in the nominating calendar appear on the horizon, Trump has established himself as the Republican front-runner.

Listen to these voters:

—"It's totally refreshing. He's not politically correct. He has a backbone and he cannot be bought," said Leigh Ann Crouse, 55, of Dubuque, Iowa.

—"This country needs a businessman just like him to put us back on track, to make us stop being the laughing stock of this world," said Ken Brand, 56, of Derry, New Hampshire.

—"He says everything that I would like to say, but I'm afraid to say. What comes out of his mouth is not what he thinks I want to hear," said Janet Boyden, 67, of Chester, Massachusetts.

They are among the dozens of voters interviewed in the past two weeks by The Associated Press to understand how Trump has defied the laws of political gravity.

Uniting them is a deep-rooted anger and frustration with the nation's political leaders — President Barack Obama and conservative Republicans who, these voters say, haven't sufficiently stood up to the Democratic administration.

Donald Trump may have a good reason to smile this weekend.

A new poll by SurveyUSA shows the GOP frontrunner leads Democrat contender Hillary Clinton in a head-to-head matchup if the presidential election was held today.

Among the 1,000 adults polled, Trump won 45 percent to Clinton’s 40 percent with 16 percent of respondents “undecided.”

Trump also beats out Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders by 44 percent to 40 percent and Vice President Joe Biden by 44 percent to 42 percent.

This idea that Trump is cool because he is not "politically correct" is disturbing. That is just an code for
"he is not afraid to say what I really feel about ______" (Fill in the blank). In other words he is not afraid to describe other groups in xenophobic terms (or allude to them in such language).

They are both appealing to pissed off voters who are sick of wimpy assed bought and paid for Politicians.

I don't care what anybody says, Obama is a wimp. He didn't even try to get a public option during the Healthcare reform fight, let alone single payer which he should have held out for. We would have been better off with nothing instead of that stupid assed corporate giveaway program Obamacare. Because if we had done nothing the pressure would have continued to build for a real solution, single payer.

And he sucked the dicks of the Wall Street Corporate overlords when he appointed Tim Fucking Geithner.

So yeah, even though I don't agree with Trump on much of anything I admire his style because he doesn't take shit from anybody. And that's the only way shit gets done.

We need a real son of a bitch in the White House. I'd certainly prefer a left oriented one. The last good liberal son of a bitch we had was LBJ and that's the last time we had any real progressive legislation passed in this country.

This is the way this race seems to be shaping up. We have Hillary on the left and Bush on the right that no one really wants since they have already been bought. So we have two independents that is getting most attention. It's obvious by now that that right prefers Trump over the other sixteen, the left is still muddled. Even if Biden enters the race, it may just be too late for the Democrats. The stranglehold by the two party system on this country needs to be broken and Trump seems to want to do it. Question is does he have what it takes? And nothing will ever change till the blockade of the GOP House is lifted and this election will not change it nor can Trump.
