We traveled via the TGV in 2012, Paris to Nice. I noticed that there was no security when boarding. Should there be, as at the airport?

I lived in the UK for 24 years. There has never been security on any train in Europe that I've experienced.

Apparently we need it now.

Guess first reports were incorrect. I just heard one was in the AF the other Army. Does not matter still heroes!

It was a team effort.

The Air Farce guy provided a distraction by wetting his pants and then, while the gunman was laughing his ass off at that, the Army guy took him down.
