No, but it think it was a "perfect storm" encounter of amtagonists, with TM complicit in his own demise. GZ, being the elder and more experienced, had the responsibility to behave as the adult, and was therefore largely responsible imo for the consequences. He should have been charged with and convicted of manslaughter.
