Hillary violated an Obama administrative rule and has given over the server. She has never denied having a server. I doubt you could get a an indictment on deleted emails.

What the FBI is investigating is not whether she had a private server, per se, nor whether she deleted messages or not. They investigating whether she mishandled classified material.

Nixon was a crook, a stupid one at that. The only credit he gets is for coming up with the word 'gate'.

Even for a Republican White House that was badly stumbling through George W. Bush's sixth year in office, the revelation on April 12, 2007 was shocking. Responding to congressional demands for emails in connection with its investigation into the partisan firing of eight U.S. attorneys, the White House announced that as many as five million emails, covering a two-year span, had been lost.
The emails had been run through private accounts controlled by the Republican National Committee and were only supposed to be used for dealing with non-administration political campaign work to avoid violating ethics laws. Yet congressional investigators already had evidence private emails had been used for government business, including to discuss the firing of one of the U.S. attorneys. The RNC accounts were used by 22 White House staffers, including then-Deputy Chief of Staff Karl Rove, who reportedly used his RNC email for 95 percent of his communications.

This seems to have been lost on the Hillary supporters. And how long will it take the FBI to clear her? And the longer it takes, it will cast a big shadow on her campaign and on the Democratic Party since she was ordained as the standard bearer. Dump her now before she takes all the present and future candidates down.
Even if the FBI clears her, there will always be the issue of the deleted emails, the Denver based service that hosted her server who were not authorized (though this was not required since the server was private), etc, etc. This will not go away. She is damaged goods, not very good to begin with other than the name.

In other words you are afraid she can still win. No one would care if she was not a real threat to the GOP.

Nice try but I am sure that you know what I meant. But jic, how about "before she takes the Democratic Party down in flames with her".
Her pictures from the Iowa fair looks like she is tired and running scared. Reality should soon sink in.

I would hope someone tasked with the job would care if the holder of the highest diplomatic position in the United States, regardless of party affiliation, was irresponsible and cavalier with classified information.
