And I'm serious as cancer. Unless the kid whipped out a glock, a machete, or a stinger missle launcher.

1) why did the officer chase the kid causing him to jump off the bike?

2) what was in the kids right hand? I saw something in the video.

3) what happened out of camera?What do both sides say?
