Multiple exonerations for excessive force have nothing to do with this, Zeke. You made statement that the concept of the "blue wall" or the cop "code of silence" is a fable. The mayor of Chicago and Chicago Police Commissioner have confirmed that it exists in the Chicago PD, and that they are making a concerted effort to eradicate it.

My yearly reviews regularly indicated that I'm actually quite good at identifying Axis II. Seek help.

Yes, you should. Recognition in self is your first step to recovery.
And I'd recommend being reviewed more than annually, in your case.
