And he's meat, Zeke. Because the prosecution is going to have more legit law enforcement people than they will ever need. People more than willing to try to get their profession out of the doghouse by testifying that Slager was in utter violation of any reasonable PD protocols anywhere in this country.

And the defense, they'll have a half-dozen security guards from Walmart blubbering, "The offender generated the danger, the offender gets the result." Slager is rotting meat. And good luck to him, he shot an unarmed fleeing black man in the back. Slager is fresh whitefish in stir for the brothers.

Theres a whole list of lesser charges. I doubt it will be murder one...premeditation is doubtful. I say murder two or voluntary manslaughter...if he's lucky.

It will be in the interest of both Slager and his PD to have this plea bargained down to involuntary manslaughter. I am sure the DA's office will go along as this will avoid opening a can of worms, even if Slager is being hung out to dry.
